AAA Instructors will not be at the range until 8:25; please do not count on dropping your child off earlier than 8:30. However, feel free to be later than 8:30 if it’s easier for your family. We can welcome archers at anytime during the morning. Seriously, please, take your time arriving or come for a half day if you wish – tuition is the same though.
We do not offer an “after archery” care program. Anyone arriving past 3:15 will be charged our private archery instruction rate of $60 per hour (prorated into 15 minute intervals).
We encourage you to pay online. It facilitates the drop-off portion of our morning. If you prefer to pay in-person, tuition is collected in full at the beginning of each day. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.
Refund Policy: If you withdraw your child from the program at least 30 calendar days in advance of the start day, we will give you a full tuition refund. If you withdraw your child from the program within 14 days of the start day, we will give you a 50% refund. Refunds are not granted after the start of the program.
You will complete a form when you arrive. This form will inform us as to how to contact you in the event of an emergency, give us permission to transport in the event of an emergency, alert us of any allergies and, of course, inform you that archery has inherent risk. If you are sending your child to us with someone who cannot sign for this type of information, please ask Kyle to send you a digital version so that you can print, complete, sign and deliver on the first day of your program.
Cancelations & Communication
Snow: If we have a significant snow fall, AAA may choose to cancel the program. We will alert you by 6:30am or as soon as possible by e-mail. We will not call so please plan on checking your email.
Contact Kyle: If you need to contact Kyle, head coach and owner of AAA, please call his cell (774) 261-3399 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Kyle’s cell does not receive text messages – do not text him. He will check voice mail and e-mail throughout the day.
Indoor Range Location:
The Arts & Industry Building (AKA: Brushworks Building),
Suite 150, 221 Pine Street, Florence, MA.

Parking: You may park in the front of the building (adjacent to Pine Street) or you may drive through the narrow passage to the right of the parking area and access parking in the back lot. You will enter the building through the garage style overhead door on the loading ramp if you use the back lot. Make sure you close the garage
door after you use it.
Finding Suite 150 once at Arts & Industry (AKA: Brushworks Building):
If parking in the front: Walk up the short flight of stairs located in the middle of the front loading dock. Enter door that the stairs align you with (there is a small sign that says “Main Entrance” and the door is to the right of a couch on the loading dock). Once inside you will pass by mailboxes on the left and bulletin boards on the right. A staircase will rise up in front of you. Walk towards the foot of the staircase and then turn left followed by a sharp right (the only options) to follow the hallway. Hall lights are on motion sensors so it may be dark at first. Suite 150 will be the first door down this hall on your left!
If parking in the back: Enter the garage door on the loading dock. Close the garage door tightly. Walk down hallway – lights are on motion sensors. Suite 150 is the door on the right with all the activity and happy people with bows!

9:00 – 10:30, Archery
10:30 – 10:45, Snack
10:45 – 11:30, Group Activity Changes Daily: this could include Make Arm Guards, do ARTchery, the physics of archery, anatomy of a bow, and more….
11:30 – 12:00, Archery
12:00 – 12:30, Lunch
12:30 – 1:00, Indoor group game or outdoor time (let’s get all of our crazy energy out!!)
1:00 – 3:00, Group Activity Changes Daily: this could include Archery Games, Tournament, Triathlon, and more….
2:30, Optional snack time…or keep shooting
What to Bring
- Morning snack for 10:30
- Lunch. Please pack healthy, filling lunches and avoid candies. We do not have a fridge or microwave available.
- Afternoon snack for 2:30
- One to two liters of lower sugar beverage or water. If your child is a juice or sports drink lover, we highly suggest you cut it in half with water. No sodas, please.
- Outdoor clothes in the event we go for a brief walk to get some air
- A comfortable folding chair / bean bag / small lawn chair for sitting as the range
does not have many chairs. We DO have tables!
